COSTS OF CURE
Man there is a problem here
We can see it on the news
We’ve got therapy for the symptoms
But no one wants to pay the costs of cure
Costs us more than power
Some baby’s mommy is going to have to be supported so she can stay at home
Cost us more than dollars
Some son’s father is going to have to be respected enough to stick around to watch him grow
Cost us our good time some-times
Some girl would have to throw away Cosmo and keep her heart-box closed
Cost us our idea of what makes a man a man
Set down your reckless guns and take a breath, take a stand
There is no escape
From this madness that has spread
You can buy it all
You can make a donation but that won’t buy a lasting salvation
You can buy a diet pill- every bottle guarantees a pound lost equals an ounce of love
You can buy a t-shirt- and with its logo a place in the world
You can buy your happiness right now if you just charge it to your credit card
But there is no easy answer for this infected nation
And there was no dollar printed that is good enough
Cash is cold-alone and again the belly grows, new logos won’t fill the hole
You can sell and buy these lies but you’re still the same when markets closed its door

Somebody’s parents are going to have to work it through
Cost us more than viewing hours
Somebody needs to get off the couch and watch the sky turn blue
Cost us our so called good-life some times
Someone would have to set down a dollar to hold a son or a daughter
Cost us our idea of what makes a woman beautiful
Set down your make-up and bikini’s, just stand by your man and love your children
But there is no easy answer for this infected nation
And there was no dollar printed that is good enough

Prayer for Those Paying the Costs of Cure

King of Kings
We invite you to Save our Nation from Itself
We ask you to take away whatever it Takes
Before we have bought and sold everything that is Precious
We ask that you remove our Power
Before we lead anymore of the World Astray
We ask that you change our Hearts
Before we witness the collapse of our House of Cards
We ask that you return the Fathers Lead to serve the Children
We ask that you bring the Mothers Love back to Heal the Home
We ask that you Revive the Hope of the Youth and teach them all that we did Not
We ask that you act quickly in these Lives
Before this Generation is entirely too far Gone

“Lo, everyone who thirsts, come to the water,
and you who have no money, come, buy and eat.
Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost!
Why do you spend money for what is not bread?
Your wages for what does not satisfy?
Listen diligently to Me, and eat what is good,
and delight yourself in abundance.
Incline your ear and come to Me.

I will make an everlasting covenant with you,
the trustworthy loyalty to David.
Behold, I made him a witness to the peoples,
a leader and commander for the peoples.
Behold, you will summon a nation you do not know,
and a nation that did not know you will run to you,
because of Adonai your God and the Holy One of Israel,
for He has glorified you.”
Seek Adonai while He may be found,
call on Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way,
and the unrighteous one his thoughts,
let him return to Adonai, so He may have compassion on him,
and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
nor are your ways My ways.”
It is a declaration of Adonai.
“For as the heavens are higher than earth,
so are My ways higher than your ways,
and My thoughts than your thoughts.”
